|“Constituencies” shall mean the divisions of the student body, defined by both year and discipline, as well as the PEY Constituency and the TrackOne class;

|“Board Members” shall mean members of the Board of Directors, as specified in Chapter 5;

|“Faculty” shall mean the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering of the University of Toronto;
