Awarded annually to the director in charge of the best overall publication. Criteria for evaluation include improvement over the previous year, fiscal responsibility, overall publication quality and organization, level of student involvement with the publication, and adhering to publication deadlines. Secondary criteria include the director’s contribution to council meetings and to the Engineering Society at large.
