U of T Baja Team

The University of Toronto Baja Team is a student-run organization whose goal is to design and build a viable off-road vehicle to successfully compete in the Baja SAE Design Series. These competitions are sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers and involve events that allow each team to show how their car was designed and how it performs against over 100 other international university teams. The University of Toronto Baja team offers members the opportunity to develop and apply their design, technical, and organizational skills.

By joining our team, students will gain hands on engineering experience. They will work with the team to design and build a capable off road vehicle. They will also have the opportunity to develop their marketing and presentation skills. At the end of the year the team will put their designs to the test as we travel to race in international competitions.
