The team is made up of about 28 male and female U of T Engineering students and alumni. We are also managed by engineering students and coached by engineering alumni.
The team was originally made up of about 28 male and female U of T Engineering students and alumni but now has grown to having 3 boats and almost 100 active members. We are also managed by engineering students and coached by engineering alumni.
 
The Iron Dragons are the current Canadian U24 and University National Club Champions.
