Gary Heinke
Gary Heinke is a Austrian Canadian civil engineer and academic administrator. He was the 10th dean of the University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering between 1986 and 1993. Heinke was the Faculty's first non-British and non-Canadian born dean. Prior to his appointment to deanship, he was the Chair of the Department of Civil Engineering between 1974-1984.
