Usage

To be used for placing collapse boxes around discussions as follows:

====[[Header]]==== → Replace with {{subst:dat|[[Header]]|}}

DISCUSSION ← Body of the discussion stays unchanged

→ Close the box with {{subst:Collapse bottom}}

• This template and {{Collapse bottom}}) need to be substed for the time stamp to work properly.
