Create page for the SKULE WebRING

The [https://webring.skule.ca/ SKULE WebRing] was created in 2025, by [[User:Ayan|Ayan Ali]], for the purpose of connecting the Skule community online. The SKULE WebRing creates a network that connects UofT students, alumni, faculty, and others, and encourages those in the Skule community to build their own websites. WebRings were popular in the early days of the internet and helped users find new websites, among other [https://webring.skule.ca/benefits.html benefits].

Each website includes a navigation widget that allows users to travel to the previous or next website in the ring. Instructions on how to [https://github.com/ayan20985/skule-webring#joining-the-webring join] the WebRing are available on the WebRing home page.
