Editing Matriculation

''Matriculation'' is the first event during F!rosh Week where all of the incoming class are in Convocation Hall for a few presentation by the Dean, President of EngSoc, SAC Exec, and a few student groups. this is also when the F!rosh get their yellow hardhats.
