Cup House was the nick-name for the residential space located on the upper floor of the Second Cup building across from the Wallberg Building at 179 College Street

For a period of several years in the late 2000's and early 2010's, the upper floor of the Second Cup was leased to groups of Engineering students from the University of Toronto. Given its abundance of public space and proximity to Skule (TM), the unit, dubbed "Cup House" was usually the host of many parties for the Skule (TM) community. Popular events such as the annual Halloween Party and the Skule Nite closing night after party took place regularly until it's closure in 2013.
